They just don't make days any nicer than this...weather-wise, that is. Not to say that it wasn't a nice day otherwise, but this is about the weather. I like weather...all kinds of weather. Me and weather go waaaay back...like the time in 1962 when it snowed in Mountain View and our family built a snowman on the front lawn...or the time in 1976 when we were in the drought and it hadn't rained in at least a year and then one day, finally, it happened: The First Rains, and I wrote a poem about it. Or the time in Cashmere when the snow was all the way up to the stop sign. But not today. No. Today was..........stunningly beautiful in its own non-snowy, non-rainy, sun-shiny
