A spectacular day. Warm sun, no wind and beautiful fall colors make for a fine day to hit the backroads. After a short trip to Buena Terra to pick up my finished tax return from Mark Carlos, we headed out to Galt to pick up some chicken feed. Once there, we went to the famous Galt Market, an open-air flea market of huge proportions. Phrfitzie sold her stash of gold jewelry for the princely sum of $1,121.00, whereupon she bought me a fine lunch of chile relleno and tamale, then we scored the chicken scratch at Robinson's, then back-roaded it to Lockeford. There we scored a bathroom mirror/shelf thingy and some jalapeno sausage and a weather vane....harvested some cattails along the side of the road, as well as some
