Day by day I write here in my journal. Write, write write. Day by day by day. Today I will write about.....the little doo-dad that I bought at Radio Shack just the other day. You see, I bought myself an mp3 player, the tiny kind like the iPod but not the iPod because they cost too much and one is restricted to using iTunes, a program that I dislike. So I buy my little mp3 player and it is good and I load it up with music from Windows Media Player on my computer and I plug it into the car stereo and listen to the tunes and it is good. All good. I have a wall charger for the unit, and it also charges when hooked to the computer via USB. But I wanted a car charger. Noticing that the plug for my cell phone and the player were similar, I went to Radio Shack to find out if they were interchangeable. "No," I was told, because one was mini USB and one was micro USB. But there was an adapter for that. The guy shows me the tiny adapter in a case with a $14.95 price tag. I freaked. Then he corrects himself and says I need the opposite kind. Price: $1.97. Same adapter, just reversed.
