So much happened this weekend that, well, I....I....slipped. Perhaps you will understand. Saturday, a cool, crisp, sunshine filled day found us in Marysville, an hour north of here, for the Bok Kai Festival. We were there early chasing a bogus yardsale, but we got a good place to park because of it. We went in the temple, a true piece of funk if I ever saw one (and funk is a good thing). The oldest Buddhist temple outside of China, it is. Strolled around downtown Marysville and then watched the parade. Later in the day, dark-time, as a matter of fact, in rolled Ed Lester with his pals Eric and Jamie, all on Harleys, and they stayed the night. Oh, the fun! Sunday morning was leisurly and casual and I made Johnny Bohnstedt Burritos and then the magic happened. As it turns out, Eric is a professional window washer up in Wenatchee and he graciously offered to wash all my windows. If you have ever been here you know the extent of my windows. Man, is it
