So when we went to Corti Brothrs market with A.Eve, Phfritzie scored a pound of dried Borlotti beans which Eve recommended and so we brought them home and commenced to soak them which they did until this afternoon when I rinsed them and then set them to boil in a pot with some diced onion and some garlic and meanwhile I took the coiled Italian sausage and grilled it on the electric grill and made some garlic bread out of the left-over batard loaf and I also made a cute little salad with romaine lettuce and green onion and Roma tomatoes and when it all came together it was an excellent rustic Italian peasant meal...mmmmm.....worked outside a bit...Phfritzie pruned the
